Projects are led by Alex McDonald who has decades of professional consulting experience, from strategic to turn-around consulting. He and support staff have MBAs and experience in engineering, marketing, sales, finance, general management. With experiences at multiple levels of organizations from Fortune 50 companies to small entrepreneurial ventures, our consultants can comfortably work with all levels in the organization, from the person on the line to the C-suite.
On the more human side, our backgrounds include everything from training in compassionate communication to certification in mediation.
